- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It has been 15 years since I had a three disc fusion and two artificial discs inserted into my terribly twisted and pain filled back. I had heard from many not to get back surgery and I would not be the same. . . well, I am not. Instead of walking like an 80 year old in a 25 year old body, I gratefully report that I don't even remember that I had back surgery most of the time. I can do anything! Pain free! I have recommended dozens of people to Dr. Bacon. He promised me that I would be 100%, and that promise has been fulfilled. The only thing I am limited in doing is Yoga :)!
