  I left a great review for this office a couple of weeks ago and I will preface this email by saying that I really liked the PA. He had great bedside manner and was very thorough but I am extremely upset with the how the billing is being handled at this office. There is zero accountability for mistakes. I was told that sleep study was covered under my insurance. A month later I received a bill for $250 from a third party! It was never even implied that this was going to cost this much, they told me that "This is covered by your insurance". I have called the third party and they say that, of course, the office said that "[they] tell everyone about these costs. [They] would never imply that there was no cost". Now I am stuck with this bill. I will never go back here! Have a little transparency, and if you can't do that at least have the courtesy to fix your mistakes. Don't go here unless you don't mind receiving lots of bills that you were not expecting.
