  I am hesitant to leave a harsh review, but after reading through some of the other reviews I realized that I should add my voice to recurring problem that needs attention. We had a good experience with Dr. Grover and especially liked the PA in the office that works with her, however the billing department needs significant training. We were upfront and honest when first visiting the office that we were planning on moving before delivery and that we would only be seeing the doctor a few times before the move. The office manager informed us that it would be no problem and that they would just bill us our insurance co-pays as regular prenatal visits ( myself, my wife, and my mother in law all remember this conversation vividly). All went well until we received a bill several months later stating that we still owed more than we paid with all the co-pays put together. I called the billing department just looking for answers and was greeted by a very unfriendly and aggressive female (I hesitate to put names in reviews because I feel like its over the top, but ill never forget her name due to how rude she was). It was quickly apparent that she is used to having to argue with people and deal with very frustrated patients. I am assuming people like me who feel like they were deceived by the office. She continued on to say that there is nothing that can be done and that it was my fault for not knowing better. Instead of trying to help she just kept repeating the same thing she told me the first time about how her office bills visits (none of this was explained to us months ago when we were visiting the office). She ended up hanging up on me. I have worked in customer service for years and I do not feel that is acceptable on any level. I for one know I will never be back, and hope that I can save one or two people from the frustration of dealing with this office when they should be focusing on the amazing miracle they are bringing into the world. My advice to the office if they are willing to hear it... please help train the billing department to have the same level of customer service that the rest of the office provided. We will be sending in the remainder of what we owe but you will lose significantly more by losing a patient for life. Update, despite several attempts to contact this office about our billing concerns no one ever returned our phone calls or even attempted to address our concerns. All I can say are they are lucky Provo has so many moms that need a doctor that they will always have patients. Its to bad that they have become completely complacent from a customer service point of view.
